York Avenue Studio is a Vancouver-based interior design studio (& soon to be curated home goods brand!) rooted in craftsmanship, character, and thoughtful design. We create interiors, custom furniture, and curated collections of vintage and refurbished objects that help homes feel personal, layered, and lived in. Our work is guided by the belief that the best homes feel collected over time, not decorated.

Founded by interior designer Courtney Hemmerling, York Avenue Studio grew from a passion for thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and the stories that objects carry. Drawing from experience in both interior design and construction, Courtney brings a practical understanding of how spaces are built alongside a refined eye for materials, furniture, and styling.
